Do you deliver the inflatable?

Yes. Funquest Amusements delivers the inflatable to your door, sets it up and takes it down after your event.

How long do we get the inflatable?

We base all of our prices on a 4-hour time frame. If you would like the inflatable for an increased amount of time, just contact us to discuss the details.

What happens if it rains on the date of my booking?

Unfortunately, no one can predict the weather. In the event of rain or high winds, we will contact you on the date of your booking to discuss the possibility of cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to weather, you will not be charged a penalty. Funquest Amusements will make every attempt to reschedule your booking if at all possible.

What is the age range for the inflatables?

All of our inflatables are appropriate for an age range from 2-12 years old.

Do you allow adults on the inflatables?

Absolutely no persons over the age of 12 are allowed on the inflatables at any time. No exceptions.

How long in advance do I need to book for my event?

The sooner the better! As availability is limited in the summer months, advanced booking is recommended.

Do you set up inflatables out of town?

Yes! Funquest Amusements delivers inflatables out of town all the time. A travel charge may apply. Contact us for additional information and pricing.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! Funquest Amusements is a fully insured company with the appropriate liability insurance required to set up inflatables in all City of Winnipeg Parks.  For larger and corporate events, we would be happy to provide additional insured documents for your company. 

What sort of power supply do we need?

We require a standard 110 volt, 20 amp electrical plug for each inflatable. We also have generators available for rental if required.
